It's Starbucks, the staff is everything aside from the drinks. The staff are almost always awesome. Friendly and so complying! I work like 1 block away from this location, and this is me and my coworkers' go to Starbucks. stick to the original items, haha at least from my experience, i had the thin mint chocolate chip frap.

Cute Starbucks store with all the essentials on the drink and food menu. You will never have to overthink your order because they have a limited menu with all the popular drinks listed. I love how to sink is on the outer area of the restrooms. This shop is really minimalism and modern. I recommend the vanilla bean creme Frappuccino! So delicious!

I am not the type to ever write a review, but my experience at this Starbucks was so phenomenal I had to write one (5 stars is not enough). The store was clean, everyone was so friendly, the manager Dennis was very accommodating and the woman taking my order made a suggestion that frankly made my drink better than I have ever had at before at any other location. Thank you so much for making my Friday morning. I will 100% be back regularly.

Very nice location. All of the baristas were very nice, despite numerous impatient customers. There is plenty of seating available to do work or just have a conversation over a nice cup of coffee.

This is probably my FAVORITE Starbucks of all the ones I've been to! They are fast, courteous, accurate, sociable, and near everywhere I need to be. I've never had a problem at this Starbucks and even before I knew that there was a problem, the 2 times there was an issue, they moved to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY! I hope they stay there forever!

Enjoyable atmosphere and friendly staff. The windows have roller shades which helps a lot on 100% sunny days with the glare that is sometimes an issue at other coffee shops in the city. Denise is very outgoing and always asks me how things are going and brightens my day when I stop in for an iced coffee :-)

Whoever's in charge of the developing and changing a location which is Starbucks to Starbucks is no longer at that location no more it's directly across the street across from the Wesley building. Customer service about standing this way too many homeless in here sleeping and they're not supposed to be sleeping laying down. Note to pictures on top or the pictures of the old Starbucks

Lucky (cashier) was incredibly pleasant! Other coworkers were definitely a little rude to her in front of the customers. But she was incredibly nice and even offered me a sample of something I never heard of before which was amazing! Thanks!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I work in the area and go here for my daily caffeine fix. I am always greeted with smiling faces and pleasant barista's, such a great way to start my day. Fernando always takes the time out to say hello no matter how busy they are. The added *queen* to my name on my cup is always a welcome touch as well! ; ) love this place!

I have always been satisfied with the customer service at this 1201 Walnut St. location. However, I was blown away by the quality of service and engagement from Nadira on 7/23/19 at 9:30PM. She was friendly and attentive. I had issues paying with the app and she didn't hesitate to help me resolve it nor did she make me feel like a burden for slowing down the line. Thank you so much for making my day, Nadira!
